EDDY BALINA 

Team Leader 

Eddy provides the overall leadership to the management team implementing the various projects at NVPU. He is passionate about peace building, social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment. He has developed 10 years of experiences working at NVPU and received several local and international awards and fellowships for his outstanding leadership and innovation for example Young Achievers Award 2017, Citi Africa 2017, SET Africa Award 2015 among others.

MEBRA BAIDHUKIRA 

Finance Manager 

Mebra is an accountant by profession and passionate about NVPU Vision. She is in charge of our financial management department; she ensures accountability, efficiency and transparency in all organisation transactions. She is also a certified Master Trainer of Schools for Peace program.

EDMOND BABALANDA

Product Manager

He is a professional lawyer and social activist, since 2016 Edmond is in charge of implementing and advancing the Schools for Peace program in schools across Uganda.  He manages relations with partner schools  and stakeholders and promotes our advocacy programs. In 2017, he was selected for the Young Leaders Fellowship by Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung based on his work with NVPU in Busoga region

HENRY WANUME

Education  Manager

Henry is at the forefront of the implementation and review of our educational programs, he supervises Master Trainers, ensures quality and timely delivery of  Peace programs and supports schools in violence tracking and management. He holds a bachelors degree in development studies from Makerere University.

KIIRYA ISMAIL

Community Programmes Manager

Ismail leads the implementation of community dialogues and awareness campaigns on violence, children rights and gender equality issues.                              He is a certified Master Trainer and holds a degree in social work from Islamic University of Uganda and completing a Masters in Human Rights advocacy.
